About The Position

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a Software Engineer in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will develop and maintain embedded software applications and/or desktop applications. In this role, you will design, code, test, and integrate software for an embedded multi-core system as well as with desktop computer applications for the emulation of sensors and countermeasures. The successful candidate will have training in C/C++, prior experience in GUI development, experience with Linux OS, and previous intern experience. Candidates filling this position will need to be US citizens and will need a clearance at the level specified in “Clearance Level” or will need the ability to get a clearance if not specified. In addition to meeting security clearance requirements, the candidate may need to be approved to work in a Special Access Program (SAP) prior to the start of employment. Requirements

  • Demonstrated software development experience in C/C++
  • Ability to obtain DoD Clearance
  • Must be US Citizen
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related software discipline
