About The Position

SMX is seeking a well-rounded Intermediate or Senior level IT Lead who has past experience with cloud engineering, cybersecurity and system administration.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Act as the IT Lead for the customer for all of their IT systems and ATOs. Establish a single point of communication for changes/questions/guidance from NAWC ISSO/ISSM and enable effective resource management of ASG or outside surge personnel if needed to meet ATO package resubmittal due dates.
Oversight, identification, liaison, and architecture of ASG IT network environment to include requirements and data analysis.
Clear accountability and leadership for all ASG IT systems from design to decommission.
Write, update, or contribute to process and work instruction documentation.

Requirements

• Clearance Required: Top Secret
• Interim TS required to start
• Master's Degree in Information Systems or related field
• Greater than 10 years experience
• Past experience in system administration, cloud migration, DoD RMF, DoD process and policy
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience with on prem, hybrid, and cloud network design
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with senior leadership and external stakeholders
• Ability to drive enterprise level process improvement
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise IT management within DoD or another large organization
