About The Position

We are seeking a Sr. Test Analyst with 6 to 10 years of experience in Embedded Systems functional testing for our Medical Devices division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance ensuring the highest standards of safety and performance. This role requires working from our office during day shifts with no travel required. Experience in regulatory compliance is a plus. Requirements

  • Have experience in testing medical devices and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new testing tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in regulatory compliance is a nice to have skill.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive testing of embedded systems in medical devices to ensure functionality and safety.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and ensure product quality.
  • Technical proficiency in embedded systems (SW and electrical HW Electrical engineering degree preferred)
  • Experience with hands on electrical testing with Oscilloscopes DMMs etc.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the testing process.
  • Participate in design and code reviews to provide input on testability and quality.
  • Maintain and update test documentation to reflect changes in product design and requirements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members to enhance team performance.
  • Work closely with the development team to understand product functionality and identify potential issues.
  • Implement best practices in testing methodologies to optimize testing processes and outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and testing efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in embedded systems and medical device testing.
