Requirements

  • Business and tech fluency – comfortable engaging with AI concepts, tools, and vendors, but focused on strategic impact over code.
  • Structured problem-solving – able to define ambiguous questions, research, and develop clear frameworks or recommendations.
  • Curiosity and experimentation mindset — someone who loves exploring new technologies and quickly figuring out what’s useful vs. hype.
  • Strong communication skills – able to distill technical ideas for investment audiences and influence adoption.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, or a related technical field preferred
  • 1–4 years of professional experience (can include internships or project work).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Python, data APIs, or lightweight web/app development a plus.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and modern AI tools.
  • Prior exposure to finance, investing, consulting or data-heavy analysis environments helpful but not necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with investment professionals to identify high-value use cases, translate business needs into technical projects, and deliver functional tools.
  • Prototype and evaluate AI tools (LLMs, agents, data enrichment, automation frameworks, etc.) that can improve decision-making and team efficiency.
  • Deploy AI solutions to streamline all aspects of the investment process — from sourcing and market mapping to due diligence and portfolio analytics.
