About The Position
Nakamura Mortuary is seeking an Embalmer to join our team. Our employees find solace in the sacred duty of preserving the dignity of the deceased. Requirements
- Maintains a valid Embalmer license in the United States, with the ability to reciprocate to the state of Hawaii
- 1+ years of funeral industry experience
- Knowledge of current federal, state, and local regulations related to the funeral industry
Responsibilities
- Work alongside an incredible team that is passionate about our industry
- Care for the deceased in a respectful manner
- Perform embalming, disinfecting, dressing, preparing, and casketing of the deceased using appropriate precautions and OSHA standards
