Requirements

Licensed Embalmer in Ohio or possess the ability to reciprocate.
Have excellent communication skills, integrity, and an innate passion for serving others.

Responsibilities

Complete embalming, disinfecting, dressing, preparing, and casketing of the deceased using appropriate precautions and OSHA standards in a manner that honors the deceased
Completes detailed embalming reports and logs, records all chemicals and techniques used, and ensures full compliance with legal, health, and OSHA regulations.
Utilize PPE and strict infection-control protocols, handles hazardous chemicals safely, and maintains a sterile work environment throughout all preparation procedures.
Coordinate with funeral directors, ensures the presentation reflects the familys wishes, and upholds dignity and respect for the deceased throughout the entire preparation process
