This is not a high call volume position, this is a HEAVY email and HEAVY case resolution role and customer service position! This opening is on the Customer Support team, they support the account managers who manage the fleet. Assist with ordering vehicles, assist with anything customer service related, For example, 'my vehicle has been impounded'. It’s this customer service reps job to help the drivers and educate them on the service that they need in the future. This position requires attention to detail and research, you have to research to find the solution. Must be able to think outside of the box and problem solve. Lots of internal communication with various departments at Wheels. Utilize MS teams daily and communication often with internal and external customers. Answer a high volume of customer emails and case management within SalesForce. Must be comfortable making outbound follow up calls to customers. Multi-task and type customer information into the system while speaking with them. Use a CRM SalesForce to manage cases and follow up with customers.
