About The Position

As an Email Marketing Specialist at HSA Bank, you will be responsible for executing email marketing campaigns and contributing to the overall campaign strategy. This role is part of the Channel Marketing Team, focusing on engaging and educating customers about healthcare savings accounts and their benefits. The position requires hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and aims to drive account utilization and customer satisfaction through strategic email communications.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience building and executing emails with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, utilizing Email Studio and Journey Builder.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and email concept creation.
  • Self-motivated problem solver with acute attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Inquisitive, strong analytical skills, including the ability to infer and apply learnings.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HTML/CSS, AMPscript, SQL, Adobe Workfront - optional but beneficial.
  • Banking and Healthcare industry verticals are a plus, and experience working with multiple customer use-cases - both B2B and B2C - preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build accurate and precise emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud utilizing content and designs provided by our creative & content teams.
  • Build/manage recipient segmentation using both flat files and data extensions, including standard and filtered data extensions.
  • Incorporate personalization and dynamic content into messaging.
  • Track and communicate results, success metrics and recommendations for optimization.
  • Execute A/B testing and contribute to test planning strategies when appropriate.
  • Maintain adherence to project plan and task management with attention to detail and laser focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Develop cross functional relationships with Marketing and other team members to support broader initiatives and participate in/lead other projects as assigned.
  • Support Channel Team operations through calendar management, managing group mailboxes, and other related tasks.
