About The Position
TOMS is in business to improve lives. When you wear or work with TOMS, you help fund access to mental health resources for the millions of people who need them. The Email Marketing Specialist is a vital role for the TOMS Americas eCommerce business, specifically within the Retention marketing team. This role is responsible for leading all HTML coding, testing, and scheduling of weekly email marketing messages. The Email Marketing Specialist will design and build email messages while coordinating content in partnership with internal teams. This position also involves implementing A/B testing strategies, which include segmentation, subject lines, and send times. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for building all eCommerce promotions in Shopify and assisting with loyalty, direct mail, and SMS operations. The ideal candidate for this role thrives in a nimble environment and is capable of meeting fluctuating deadlines as part of a busy direct-to-consumer business.
