This position requires a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including CAN-SPAM compliance, A/B testing, and performance metrics, to ensure that campaigns are effective and meet client expectations. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of email marketing, which includes setting up campaigns, conducting quality control checks, and troubleshooting any technical issues that arise. You will also be tasked with developing and executing promotional, transactional, and targeted trigger campaigns that span the customer lifecycle. Your ability to analyze email performance and customer behavior will be essential in optimizing campaigns and improving overall effectiveness. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with Digital Producers and Copy Strategists to evaluate branding, design, messaging, and functionality of emails.
