About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Executive to drive engagement and conversions through targeted campaigns, automation, and data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end email marketing campaigns and optimizing performance metrics.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in email marketing.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience with CRM systems, especially HubSpot.
• Solid understanding of email deliverability, list management, and segmentation strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email customization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns (Salesforce).
• Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including content coordination, A/B testing, and scheduling.
• Monitor and improve deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Create and manage workflows and analyze campaign performance.
• Maintain email list hygiene and ensure proper segmentation practices.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Collaborate with internal teams and hand over qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up.
