About The Position

The Email Marketing & Automation Specialist will manage and execute email marketing campaigns and CRM workflows using HubSpot to support ongoing marketing and sales activities. This role focuses on developing structured email cadences, leveraging workflow automation for nurturing sequences, and ensuring accurate communication of shipping information to prospects and clients. The specialist will work closely with the sales team to align campaigns with buyer behavior patterns and optimize follow-up effectiveness within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and executing email marketing campaigns and workflows using HubSpot (non-negotiable).
  • Strong email copywriting skills with understanding of campaign cadence strategy.
  • Experience managing CRM workflows and reporting within a marketing and sales environment.
  • Ability to translate operational or service-related information into clear client-facing communication.
  • Advanced English (C1+)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the logistics, freight, supply chain, or manufacturing industries is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, set up, and manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot to support demand generation and customer lifecycle workflows.
  • Build and maintain automated email sequences and CRM workflows aligned with buyer behavior and structured follow-up processes.
  • Ensure accurate and professional communication of shipping and logistics information through well-crafted email campaigns.
  • Collaborate directly with the sales team to integrate email outreach with lead qualification and pipeline progression.
  • Monitor campaign performance and refine sequences to improve engagement and conversion outcomes.
