About The Position
We are seeking an expert in web hosting and email hosting to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with GoDaddy and Turbify, as these platforms will be central to the responsibilities of this role. The position allows for a flexible schedule, enabling you to choose your own hours while working remotely in Lake Worth Beach, FL. Your primary focus will be to address and resolve issues related to overlapping email services provided by Turbify and GoDaddy. This will involve direct communication with both service providers to clarify which company is responsible for specific services and to effectively merge accounts where necessary. The end goal is to streamline email services by unpacking emails and consolidating them into a single account, ensuring that all email communications are managed efficiently and without confusion. In this role, you will be expected to utilize your problem-solving skills to navigate the complexities of managing two different email services. You will need to define the services provided by each company and work towards a solution that merges both accounts into one. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and has a strong understanding of email hosting and web hosting services. You will be working approximately 5 to 10 hours per week, making this a great opportunity for those looking to supplement their income while leveraging their expertise in email and web hosting.
