Requirements

• Fluency in Figma Adobe Creative Cloud Photoshop andor Illustrator with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to absorb interpret and apply brand identities guidelines.
• Must be selfmotivated organized.
• Should thrive in a collaborative environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
• Familiarity with accessible design.

Nice To Haves

• GIF animation skills a plus.
• Financial services industry client experience a plus.
• HTMLCSS code skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive emails using existing templates or by creating new layouts as needed.
• Collaborate with copywriters creative leads project managers QA and developers to refine designs and implement feedback.
• Ensure all emails meet accessibility standards and can render correctly across major email clients and devices.
• Prepare visual assets for email campaigns maintaining brand consistency and production accuracy.
• Use industry best practices to support design decisions and optimize user experience.
• Participate in testing and troubleshooting using tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid
