About The Position

Promote digital products and platforms internally and externally Ensure alignment with Foley and CAT goals pertaining to Digital Excellence and Metrics  Monitor Connectivity subscriptions and billing, ensuring overall health with checks and balances  Actively grow number of connected assets Management and tracking of Product Link service letter execution Heavy communication with internal/external customers managing support required for products  Ensure customers receive data reports from connectivity Validate equipment connected asset status for new CVAs Conduct customer training  Knowledge & communication of Caterpillar Aftermarket Connectivity Program Digital authorization audit, submit and execution when required Remote Flash Reporting

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years in Customer Support role experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills and practices
  • Ability to work with a team and establish internal/external relationships
  • Ability to identify/define issues and determine alternative solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and other position related software.
