Requirements

• CPR Certified
• Nationally recognized personal training certification
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Desire for personal growth

• Effective communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Personal training experience preferred but not required
• Experience in a fitness environment

Responsibilities

• Provide personal training sessions to clients
• Create personalized workout plans
• Motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness goals
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Promote Crunch Fitness services and programs
• Build and maintain a client base
• Track client progress and adjust training programs as needed
