About The Position

The 24/7 ELINT Signals Analyst position at Leidos involves utilizing advanced signal processing tools to collect, interpret, and analyze electronic data, focusing on radar emissions and communication signals to assess foreign electronic capabilities. The role is critical for providing insights into potential threats and supporting joint intelligence operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience in ELINT collection, processing, and analysis, or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Proven experience and proficiency with ELINT Signals Intelligence collection tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work a 24/7 shift rotation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and constructively with leaders across the site.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph and US Citizenship.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in multiple types of SIGINT collection or technical work at customer sites.
  • Experience with specialized IC SIGINT tasking, collection, exploitation, analysis, and mapping tools.
  • Knowledge of specific customer requirements and intelligence oversight policies.
  • Ability to evaluate and document system inaccuracies and identify improvements.
  • Completion of SIGE-2810 and SIGE-3810 Courses.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analyses of electronic signal data and prepare detailed reports and briefings to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with other intelligence professionals, military personnel, and government agencies to share information and support joint intelligence operations.
  • Contribute to the development of new analytical tools and methodologies to enhance capabilities by staying updated on advancements in electronic systems and signal processing technologies.
  • Interact with collection managers, collection operators, and analysts on new analytic methods, technologies, and collection strategies.
  • Collaborate with national and tactical collection and operations elements to advance target development efforts, recommend collection strategies, and support strategic and operational requirements.
