SAIC is looking for an ELINT Intelligence Analyst to support an exciting program in Point Mugu, CA. This role involves providing intelligence support for the development of perishable Electronic Warfare Mission Data Library loads for Naval Air Platform contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI). The analyst will monitor and analyze all strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments for the countries in the AORs and AOIs, assessing future and ongoing political-military developments, military capabilities and doctrine, weapons acquisitions, and employment of military forces within each country, including the U.S. The position requires researching, authoring, and coordinating threat assessments to support the Commander and senior leadership, focusing on both domestic and international threats. The analyst is considered a recognized authority in this area of expertise, with intelligence analysis including IMINT, SIGINT, ELINT, HUMINT, or MASINT, with a focus on ELINT. The role also involves developing and maintaining analytical procedures to meet changing requirements, supporting the development and analysis of intelligence products specific to E2 and SH-60 aviation platforms, and presenting analysis or products to customers. Additionally, the analyst may support policy and procedures development for agency, interagency, or community-wide support, applying extensive technical ELINT expertise and having full knowledge of other related disciplines. The position requires establishing goals to meet objectives, providing guidance to subordinates, and recommending changes to policies affecting subordinate organizations.
