Requirements

• Experience providing services with respect and compassion for marginalized community members.
• Experience recognizing symptoms and behaviors from traumatic responses.
• Commitment to minimizing re-traumatization in service delivery.
• Experience in identifying and resolving barriers in a business setting.
• Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated technical skills including basic computer knowledge and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Determine eligibility for various programs and benefits through interviewing and assessing information.
