Responsibilities

• Perform eligibility determinations, redeterminations, periodic reviews, and updates for ODHS, OHA, and DELC programs.
• Interview applicants in person, by phone, and by email to gather necessary information for service assessment.
• Assess client family strengths and needs, connecting them to other resources and programs.
• Update narrative reports summarizing new information from clients and collateral sources, findings from home visits, and conclusions.
