About The Position
The Eligibility Supervisor at Elevated Community Health oversees the Eligibility Department, ensuring the delivery of consistent and accurate eligibility services to all new and existing patients across the clinic's programs. The supervisor provides administrative, technical, and operational leadership to the eligibility team while supporting a culture rooted in Elevated Community Health's mission and the ASQ principles—Access, Stewardship, and Quality. Access: Enhances patient access to care by ensuring timely and accurate eligibility determinations for all clinic services and programs, especially for underserved and vulnerable populations. Stewardship: Ensures efficient and responsible use of resources by overseeing eligibility workflows, minimizing processing errors, and maintaining compliance with program requirements. Quality: Promotes a high standard of service through case analysis, staff coaching, and support on complex eligibility decisions, ensuring a consistent and patient-centered experience.
