About The Position

The Eligibility Specialist is responsible for reviewing applications for various public assistance programs and determining the eligibility of applicants and recipients. This role involves conducting interactive interviews, gathering and verifying information, and ensuring all application forms are completed accurately and in compliance with program requirements. The specialist may be required to follow up with applicants multiple times to obtain necessary documentation or clarification.
