About The Position
This is professional work determining initial and ongoing eligibility for social service programs, including reviewing and analyzing error-prone and complex cases to evaluate the quality of services; conducting training and mentoring staff as appropriate. This work also involves planning, evaluating, leading and guiding staff; establishing overpayment and over-issuance claims; conducting fraud investigations for public assistance programs; and making appropriate referrals to community resources and providers. Telework will be limited for this position.
