Requirements

A High School Diploma or GED, establishing foundational knowledge for innovative success.
Essential medical knowledge to effectively navigate the evolving healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities

Perform timely eligibility renewals, using automated scheduling technologies.
Communicate eligibility appointments with clarity, supported by modern communication tools.
Coordinate initial service appointments post-eligibility confirmation, streamlining patient journeys.
Provide clients with a comprehensive list of digital eligibility documentation requirements.
