Under general supervision, the Medicaid Eligibility Specialist determines initial and ongoing eligibility for Medicaid programs. This includes managing case files, verifying documentation, computing income-based budgets, and providing quality customer service. The role may also involve transferring cases to other public assistance units as needed. Why Join Our Team?
