Works under the supervision of Manager Managed Care Member Services. Researches missing enrollment and registration elements and updates system with correct information. Provides timely, accurate, and friendly customer service to all providers and members by phone, faxes, CRM's and emails. Answer Member Services phone queues. Researches missing enrollment and registration elements and updates system with correct information. Ability to work as a team and contribute to developing an effective work environment. Performs other duties as needed.
