About The Position
The position involves assisting potential clients in determining their eligibility for various services based on established standardized criteria. The role includes processing applications for the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program, Assistance through Donated Funds by Energy Providers, and other associated programs such as the Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program. The individual will determine eligibility for program participation, compute income information to establish service levels, review applications for accuracy, assess client needs for external programs, and participate in outreach events to provide energy assistance and education.
