About The Position
The Eligibility/Referral Specialist 2 is a full-time position within the Public Assistance/Workforce Development Division, responsible for interviewing applicants and determining their eligibility for various agency programs and services, including Food Assistance, OWF, Medicaid, Disability Assistance, PRC, JOBS, and WIOA. This role requires a strong understanding of public assistance programs and the ability to assess applicants' needs effectively.
