As the Eligibility Quality Control Technician 1, you will be part of the Quality Assessment section in the Division of Public Assistance (DPA). You will assist in completing federally mandated audits of DPA programs. These positions are responsible for reviewing program and policy practices, to evaluate adherence to federal and state statutory and regulatory standards used by other Eligibility Technicians in determining eligibility for all DPA programs. In this role, you'll help carry out important federally required audits of the Division of Public Assistance (DPA) programs. Your work will involve reviewing how eligibility decisions are made across various programs and ensuring that staff have followed both federal and state rules and policies. You'll play a key part in helping us maintain high standards and improve services for Alaskans.
