Requirements
- 1 year experience in healthcare enrollment or eligibility preferred.
- Previous experience and/or education in medical billing, customer service, data entry (30-40 wpm) Medical Terminology.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Responsibilities
- Determines whether members are eligible to receive health care benefits under the insurance program by determining a member's status/eligibility.
