The Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF)/Colorado Works Workforce Development Case Manager supports TANF participants in achieving economic stability through employment, training, and supportive services. This role conducts assessments, develops individualized plans, monitors participation, assists participants with barrier reduction and coordinates with workforce and community partners in alignment with Colorado Works regulations and county policies. Generally, the hiring range is $49,916-$62,395 annually. Qualifications, education and experience as it relates to the position will be taken into consideration when determining hiring salary.
