Southeast Elevator is seeking an experienced Elevator Service Technician with strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer-facing communication, and a positive, can-do attitude to join our growing team. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience servicing Residential Elevators
• Strong mechanical aptitude and elevator troubleshooting skills with ability to handle physical workload required in fit-for-duty assessment.
• Clean, valid drivers license
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with customers on a positive basis

Nice To Haves

• Certified Elevator Technician or Elevator Mechanic License, preferred

Responsibilities

• Service, Repair, and Troubleshoot Elevator equipment as needed.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on assigned Elevator route.
• Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
