Requirements

High School Diploma
Minimum of (1) year commercial cleaning experience
Strong communication skills
Must be willing to work assigned hours
Requires constant standing/walking; frequent lifting/carrying up to 35 pounds

Responsibilities

Operate and control main freight elevators
Coordinates loading and unloading of freight to ensure proper and reliable handling and delivery
Provide general maintenance and elevator assistance
Perform all tasks in a safe manner
Communicate with supervisor, maintaining an open relationship
Maintain a high level of customer service
Performs routine maintenance tasks
Respond to special requests throughout the day
