Position Summary: Under general supervision performs the Critical Role of Elevator & Fire Alarm Project Manager managing all elevator & fire alarm required work related to maintenance, installations, repairs, modernizations, violations, service calls, FDNY & DOB inspections, within all DOHMH owned building along with managing our Elevator & Fire Alarms vendors and the related Elevator & Fire Alarm responsibilities listed below.
