About The Position

The Elevation Studio Attendant plays a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, andelevated experience for guests and members at Elevation Studio. This position serves as the first point of contact for guests attending classes, assisting with bookings, check-ins, retail purchases, and maintaining a clean, inviting studio environment between classes.Working closely with the Wellness Manager and instructors, the Studio Attendant helps ensure smooth daily operations and a positive, supportive atmosphere that reflects Tamarack Resort’s commitment to wellness and exceptional guest service. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working with booking systems, POS, and basic technology
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Interest in wellness, fitness, or hospitality strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and members in a friendly, professional manner
  • Book, check in, and manage guests for Elevation Studio classes using the reservation system
  • Assist guests with studio memberships and general inquiries
  • Process retail sales and class purchases accurately at checkout
  • Support instructors with class transitions and guest flow
  • Maintain cleanliness of the studio space between classes, including mats, props, and common areas
  • Assist with light studio setup and breakdown as needed
  • Communicate guest feedback or operational needs to the Wellness Manager
  • Ensure the studio environment remains organized, calm, and welcoming
  • Promote studio classes, offerings, and upcoming events
  • Follow all resort policies, safety procedures, and service standards
