About The Position
The Elevate Gap Program at YMCA of the Rockies offers an immersive experience for young adults aged 18-23 who are seeking real-world work experience while exploring the beautiful mountains of Colorado. This program is designed for upcoming high school graduates or college students looking for personal and professional growth. Participants will live and work in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, engaging in leadership and professional development workshops while gaining valuable skills alongside seasoned YMCA staff members. The program runs from August 11 to December 5, 2025, and includes paid seasonal employment in a Guest Service focused department, recreational opportunities, service opportunities, and regular workshops.
