About The Position

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Elementary Tutor to join our team! As a Tutor, you will assist students individually, helping them understand educational concepts, complete assignments, and prepare for tests. Your goal is to help students to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is reliable, understanding, capable of adapting lessons to suit various learning styles, and has a passion for education!

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Tutor is preferred - 1.5 years minimum tutoring these specific subjects
• Associates Degree required
• Patient, understanding, and reliable
• COMPASSIONATE
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Help students understand new concepts
• Assist students in preparing for tests and completing assignments
• Teach problem-solving skills
• Prepare lessons
• Communicate with parents and teachers
