Responsibilities

  • Design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with school standards and faith-based principles.
  • Plan engaging lessons that address diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Integrate biblical truths, Christian values, and character education into daily instruction.
  • Establish and maintain a positive and supportive classroom conducive to learning and spiritual growth.
  • Implement effective behavior management strategies rooted in faith-based principles.
  • Foster a sense of community and belonging among students through collaborative activities and teamwork.
  • Deliver instruction using a variety of instructional strategies and resources.
  • Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic and spiritual growth.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Lead daily prayer/devotional time, integrating biblical teachings into classroom discussions.

  • Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience and a supportive school community.
  • Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.
  • Attend work regularly and is punctual.
