About The Position

St. Michael-St. Gabriel, located on the westside of Indianapolis, is seeking faith-filled and energetic elementary teachers. Teachers would be responsible for the following: Modeling Catholic values to our students Developing lesson plans with clear learning targets and objectices in keeping with the Archdiocesan and state of Indiana standards Providing grade-level, engaging instruction and learning activities for students Assessing student progress, keeping accurate records, observing student behavior, and communicating regularly with parents Attending all faculty meetings, professional development days, and workshops Supervising students not only in the classroom, but during lunch duty, recess duty, etc. The teacher should also: Possess a current State of Indiana teaching license Be trained in the Science of Reading Possess strong mathematical skills Possess good communication skills Please send a cover letter and resume to: Mrs. Liz Ramos, Principal St. Michael-St. Gabriel the Archangel School [email protected]
