The Elementary School Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to elementary students across multiple subject areas.   • Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, academic goals, and areas for improvement.

  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills, stay current with educational trends, and contribute to ongoing school improvement efforts.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a relevant field.
  • They should hold state teaching certification in Elementary Education.
  • The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in elementary education curriculum standards and instructional strategies.
  • They should also possess strong content knowledge in core subject areas, including English language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies.
  • Prior experience working with elementary students in a classroom setting is required.
  • Furthermore, candidates should have knowledge of assessment techniques and data analysis to inform instruction and track student progress.
  • Effective classroom management skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
