Elementary Teacher 2026/2027 School Year Benton Harbor Charter School Academy (BHCSA) is a vibrant, student-centered learning community where trust, care, and high expectations form the foundation of everything we do. Our school is organized into three community levels - Foundation (K-2), Gateway (3-5), and Preparatory (6-8) - each supported by lead teachers and student advocates to ensure coaching, mentoring, and restorative practices are embedded into daily learning. Requirements

Valid Michigan teaching certificate with appropriate endorsements OR Bachelor's degree with alternative certification pathway and MTTC passage
Ability to effectively use instructional technology
