About The Position
The K-1-2 Teacher and 3-4-5 Teacher positions at Saluda Elementary aim to provide high quality, active learning experiences for all children in a safe, caring, and respectful environment. The teachers will implement essential functions that include planning developmentally appropriate lessons, delivering well-organized lessons, managing student behavior, analyzing test data, integrating arts activities, and using assessment as an integral part of instruction. The role also involves maintaining professional relationships with staff and parents, complying with laws and policies, and participating in professional development activities.
