About The Position
The Elementary Teacher position at Tea Area School District is responsible for creating a classroom environment that fosters learning and personal growth for every student. The teacher will establish effective rapport with students, motivate them to develop necessary skills, attitudes, and knowledge, and build good relationships with parents and staff members. The position is categorized as a Certified employee and is exempt from FLSA regulations. The teacher will report to the Principal and work closely with administrators and support staff.
