The Opportunity Instructional Aide & ASP Instructor “Teacher in Training” - Competencies and Qualifications Lighthouse is seeking one Teacher in Training to work full time to support our students and develop the skills needed to one day step into your own classrooms, with the opportunity to apply to enter the Alder Teacher Residency to earn a credential and your own classroom at Lighthouse or Lodestar. Support for tuition assistance to complete degree requirements or to apply and enter the Alder Teacher Residency is available. Teachers in Training support a wide range of work over the course of our Core Day and After School Program (ASP) programming and play a critical role in providing tutoring, academic support, behavioral support, enrichments, supervision, and other tasks that directly support our students' well-being and achievement. This is a great opportunity for emerging professionals looking to grow into a teacher or pupil support services role over time.
