Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to step in to a vital in-person role providing essential continuity for elementary students, ensuring they hit their developmental milestones and finish the 2025–2026 school year strong. Position Overview: Provide high-quality, in-person speech and language therapy to an elementary caseload of 45–50 students. Deliver services primarily in a "pull-out" setting (outside the general education classroom) for students with needs including Autism, Language Impairments, and OHI. Maintain accurate progress notes and track IEP goals, collaborating with teachers and families to provide strategies that support communication success and academic access.
