About The Position
January 16, 2026 A N T I C I P A T E D V A C A N C Y Pre-K Special Support Paraprofessional 6.5 hours/day, student days, plus additional days, as required Qualifications: High school diploma required ; 2+ years college degree, desired Completion of 2+ years of postsecondary study (minimum of 48 credits); or, possess an associate degree or higher (in any subject), as evidenced by transcripts, preferred Highly Qualified training will be provided for applicants having less than 2 years college experience Excellent interpersonal skills Effective communication skills Experience working with special needs students, desired Requirements: Duties will require regular contact with bodily fluids &/or toileting Training and support in the areas of assistive technology, eating, communication, sensory integration, and academics Assist student with functional mobility Experience with academic and behavioral data collection Hourly Rate: $23.49 All applicants who are interested in filling this position must apply online at www.rtsd.org .
