The Job: Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity. Conduct soccer classes for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down. Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling. Attend seasonal training sessions and mid-season refreshers at our clubhouse. Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session. Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols. Communicate effectively with supervisor, families, and teachers.

Requirements

Experience working with preschool age children.
Genuine passion for children and sports.
Energetic, engaging, responsible and safety conscious.
Ability to adapt to the needs of kids ages 2-8.
Drivers license and reliable transportation.
Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills.
Coaches must have or obtain state-required background clearances.
