The Granite YMCA is hiring a full-time Site Director to lead our Before and After School Child Care Program at Loudon Elementary School. Under the direction of the School Age Director, this role oversees day-to-day site operations, ensures compliance with NH Child Care Licensing regulations, and delivers high-quality youth programming during the critical “gap hours” before and after school. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about youth development, education, recreation, and afterschool programming to grow their career with a mission-driven nonprofit. Site Directors serve as role models for children and staff by fostering a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that supports learning and character development. Open Positions & Schedule Options Loudon Elementary School: Monday–Friday, 7:00–9:00 AM & 2:30–6:00 PM + prep hours Additional paid hours available during school vacation camps, no-school day programs, and summer camp.
