Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- At least one year of experience working in a similar capacity and/or with school-aged children.
- excellent communication skills

- have a passion for education
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Enrollment or completion of an accredited education program
- Recent or current experience as a classroom teacher
Responsibilities
- With the support of the classroom teacher and instructional coaches, provide high-intensity tutoring to students in reading and math.
- implement effective teaching strategies and techniques to ensure maximum engagement and learning outcomes for the students (lesson plans provided).
- use instructional technology to monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing feedback and guidance to help students improve their academic performance.
- maintain accurate records of student attendance, assignments, and assessments, ensuring confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information.
- participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills as a high-intensity tutor.
