About The Position
At Bridges Preparatory School, elementary school teachers make a significant impact on young minds and shape the future generation. Collaborating closely with instructional teams and administrators, you'll work to enhance student learning outcomes, ensuring a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a love for learning and creating a supportive community that encourages every student to thrive academically and personally. To excel, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in elementary education along with a current South Carolina teaching certification or the willingness to obtain one. A Gifted and Talented endorsement is preferred, enabling you to effectively challenge and engage all learners. While teaching experience is preferred, we welcome recent graduates with a passion for teaching. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with instructional teams and administrators to enhance student learning. Additionally, proficiency in educational technology and software will be crucial for delivering effective lessons and tracking student progress, allowing you to create an interactive and impactful learning experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in specific area of education
- Current Certification in South Carolina or ability to obtain certificate.
